We are currently supporting an established notarial firm with their search for an Office Administrator to join them!

In this role you will be registering promise of sales and extensions within the timeframe given, collecting, and preparing relevant documents for submission, requesting of relative searches and wills searches, liaising directly with Lawyers on the vetting processes and ensuring all files are kept up to date.
