 Are you experienced within Office Administration?

We are currently supporting a leading Financial Services Provider who are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team!

As the Office Administrator you will be scheduling meetings and maintaining the boardrooms, distributing incoming mail and booking couriers, taking minutes and ensuring files are maintained. You will also be covering the reception areas when required.

Ideally you possess an A Level standard of education, experience within administration and fluent in both Maltese and English.
