 Our client who is a leading Financial Services Provider have a great new opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join their team!

As the Personal Assistant you will be supporting the Director with administrative tasks, managing incoming and outgoing mail, processing invoices and payments, maintaining petty cash and liaising with housekeeping. You will also be organising office supplies and ordering when required as well as assisting the Company Secretary on a daily basis.

Ideally you have experience within an Administrative position with fluency Maltese and English.
