As a Projects Coordinator you will provide administrative support and coordinate closely with our Management, Finance, and Foremen teams.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will maintain professional communication with clients and conduct site visits. You will liaise with local and international vendors to gather accurate information for quotations, monitor and document project milestones, ensuring timely updates, and accurately log and organize purchase orders and quotations.
Additionally, you will ensure adherence to QHSE regulations in coordination with the Health & Safety Officer, create 3D structural models using AutoCAD.
