A renowned FMCG on the Maltese Islands is on the lookout for a Recruitment Specialist to join their team!

As the Recruitment Specialist you will be managing the recruitment process, interviewing candidates and following up with new hires and preparing job adverts. You will also be designing on-boarding and off-boarding processes to help ensure smooth transitions and liaising with agencies.

Ideally you possess a Degree Level of Education within Human Resources or a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience within Recruitment ideally in the FMCG industry.
