We are seeking a Senior Corporate Officer to join a dynamic team of professionals within the Financial Services industry. 

As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, monitoring and assisting with regulatory compliance and governance, and reviewing corporate governance documents. 

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, a solid background in managing portfolios of high-net-worth individuals, and experience dealing with private clients.
