We are currently looking for a Senior Court Associate to join a leading financial services institution in Malta.

As a Senior Court Associate, you will be responsible for the drafting, preparation, filing of legal documents, attending court sessions on behalf of the company, and provide support in executing and applying enforcement procedures.

The ideal candidate must be warranted to practice law in Malta, have at least 4 years of relevant experience, and a good understanding of money laundering and funding of terrorism legislation.
