Are you looking to take ownership of human resources department?

Join our client team as a Senior HR Manager to lead and blend the HR strategy across borders, aligning it with business goals while adapting to local labour laws and cultural nuances. This pivotal role will shape Group's human capital strategy across Europe, whilst working closely with c-level management team.  

As a Humana Resources professional you will develop and implement HR strategies, build and maintain a unified, high-performance culture across the Group and oversee talent management: including recruitment, development, and retention goals. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing strategic HR guidance and support and lead HR initiatives across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with a robust understanding of international HR practices, compliance, and change management with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively managing and inspiring a team.

If you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within a multinational environment, this position is for you!
