Reed Recruitment Malta is on the hunt for a resourceful Senior System Analyst to join our client's technical team. As a Senior System Analyst, you have the liberty to analyse, design, and define technological solutions and system changes. Supporting the Solution Architect in large-scale initiatives and translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications. 

The Senior System Analyst will serve as the "bridge" between the business requirements and the technical specifications, effectively showing the way how the systems should operate.

Key responsibilities include assisting managers with technical expertise, creating technical documentation, ensuring completeness of technical requirements, and providing innovative solutions to technical challenges. The role also involves mentoring colleagues, contributing to capacity planning, and building relationships with stakeholders to drive a collaborative work environment.

Ideally you possess a Degree Level of Education within IT and more than 2-3 years’ experience within the field, understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Strong communication skills and knowledge of Information Systems Analysis and Software Development with focus on Salesforce.
