Experienced in administering Global Enterprise and Microsoft domain environments?

We are currently supporting a well-established company within the financial services industry who are on the hunt for a Support Analyst – Service Desk JD to join their growing team!

Working within a team to liaise with external consultants, suppliers, and service providers, to develop an understanding of the company environment and provide a centralized, helpful, customer focused service for the users. You will utilize service desk procedures to log, escalate, record users’ incidents and requests, provide innovative business solutions to maintain optimal technological performance.
