Are you experienced within Talent Development?

We are currently supporting an International pharmaceutical company who are looking for a Talent Development Specialist to join their Malta based team!

In this role you will be responsible for the talent acquisition process from posting vacancies to interviewing potential candidates and preparing offers, liaising with managements and candidates and collecting relevant documentation for new starters as well as coordinating training programmes.

Ideally you possess a Degree Level of Education within HR or relevant and have a minimum of 3 years’ of experience within Talent Development or relevant field.
