Our leading client in the banking industry is currently looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join their growing team.
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be assisting the Branch Manager with the operations and efficient management of the branch. You will also be delivering excellent customer service, managing a portfolio of clients, and proactively drive business initiatives to exceed performance targets and increase profitability. Furthermore, you'll also be the go-to person in supporting the growth of team members through training and mentoring, while organising and supervising staff to achieve branch objectives effectively.
The right candidate must have excellent people management skills, demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills especially in English, and ideally have a degree in a financial services related field.
