A reputable group of companies in Malta is looking for a Finance Manager to join its property development division.
This role offers the opportunity to lead financial operations, including the preparation of management accounts, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting. The successful candidate will oversee daily accounting functions, ensure strong internal communication, and monitor financial performance against budgets, providing insights and corrective recommendations. Additional responsibilities include managing fixed asset inventories, producing statutory reports, and reporting on project costs and profitability to senior leadership.
