We are seeking an Assistant Manager Quality Assurance to join our client’s dynamic team in the financial services industry. In this role, you will lead the development of a risk-based quality assurance programme, review internal policies and operations, and carry out compliance testing to ensure the highest standards. You’ll present actionable insights and recommendations, assist in preparing QA reports, and follow up on improvements. You’ll also stay ahead of AML/CFT developments and contribute to international evaluations with bodies such as the EU, MONEYVAL, and FATF.
If you bring strong analytical and organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and hold an MQF Level 6 or Level 5 qualification with around 6 years of experience—preferably within the AML/CFT sector—we want to hear from you! Internal audit experience is a plus but not essential.
