Our client are looking for an Assistant Shipyard Manager to join a dynamic maritime team ensuring top-tier vessel maintenance and safety.
This position is responsible for overseeing daily shipyard activities, including dry dock operations and floating dock manoeuvres, coordinating docking schedules and manage resource allocation efficiently.
The aim of this role is to lead and guide a skilled workforce to deliver high-quality ship repairs, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and maritime regulations, while supporting quoting processes and maintain operational readiness.
The ideal candidate is experienced in maritime refits, organized, and safety-focused.
