Our client operating within the financial services, are seeking an Operations Manager to lead digital transformation in payments and clearing.
In this position, you will drive automation, streamline workflows, and enhance operational resilience, as well as collaborate with IT, Risk, and Compliance to deliver secure, efficient solutions. You will be leading projects that integrate cutting-edge digital payment systems, ensuring regulatory compliance across AML, KYC, SWIFT, and Central Bank guidelines.
The role is in charge of managing relationships with key stakeholders and external partners, monitor performance and deliver insights to senior leadership.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of banking ops experience to a forward-thinking institution.
