We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join a team of leading professionals in the legal sector.
As a Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of corporate documents and agreements. You will advise on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and compliance issues. The role requires staying updated with changes in laws that affect the company and its operations, and ensuring that the company remains in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. You will also be involved in managing various stakeholders and providing legal support to different departments within the organization.
The right candidate must have a University Degree in Law, at least 2 years of local experience in corporate law, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
