Our client in the professional services industry is seeking a Risk Officer to join their dynamic team.
As a Risk Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the organization’s risk management framework and providing risk advisory services to internal stakeholders and external clients. Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating the internal risk register, conducting risk assessments, monitoring emerging risks, preparing risk reports for management and clients, and supporting business continuity and crisis management planning. You will also assist in audits, deliver risk awareness training, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or consulting, and strong analytical and communication skills. Professional certifications such as ISO 31000 or COSO ERM will be considered an asset.
