Our client, a leading technology company based in Malta, is currently looking for a Finance Team Lead to join their growing team. If you have solid experience in accounting and are ready for a new challenge, this could be a great opportunity to take the next step in your career.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, preparing monthly reports, managing cash flow, and ensuring timely regulatory submissions. You’ll also be involved in budgeting, performance monitoring, and liaising with auditors and financial institutions.
We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in accounting, including time spent in a managerial role. ACCA or equivalent qualifications are not required—what matters most is your practical experience and ability to lead a team effectively.
