A well-established insurance provider on the island is seeking a Financial Controller.
This newly created role requires strong expertise in optimizing finance operations through standardized reporting, reconciliations, and IFRS 17 accounting processes, ensuring accurate management accounts and regulatory submissions for international business. The position involves leading finance operations across multiple cells, driving automation and efficiency improvements, overseeing treasury and asset management compliance, and delivering clear reporting to boards and regulators. You will also mentor a cross-functional team to support growth and future operating models.
The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Accounting and possess strong knowledge of Solvency II and IFRS 17.
