Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Risk Officer and Data Protection Officer to join their compliance and risk team.
You will be responsible for ensuring robust risk management processes, maintaining the company’s risk register, and driving a risk-aware culture. Additionally, you will oversee data protection compliance under GDPR, act as the main contact point for the supervisory authority, and support the compliance team with regulatory obligations.
Ideally, you bring a degree-level education and at least 5 years of experience within the Malta financial services industry, strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, and excellent analytical and communication skills. Familiarity with pension schemes and practical experience in managing complex information will be considered an asset.
