Our client in the insurance industry is looking for a Motor Claims Manager to join their dynamic team! In this role, you’ll lead the Motor Claims function, manage complex motor claims including bodily injury and liability disputes, and ensure operational excellence.
We’re seeking 7–10 years of senior motor claims experience, strong leadership skills, and a degree in Insurance, Banking & Finance, Risk Management, Business, or related field (MQF Level 6), plus a recognized insurance qualification (e.g., Cert CII). You should have solid knowledge of motor liability principles, repair processes, BI calculations, VAT procedures, and Maltese/international insurance regulations. Fluency in Maltese and English and proficiency in claims systems and MS Office are essential.
