We are seeking an Office Administrator.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. You will manage incoming calls, mail, and deliveries, while maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area. The position involves coordinating meeting schedules, booking boardrooms, and keeping office supplies stocked. You will also update contact lists, file documents accurately, and liaise with vendors for maintenance services.

Occasionally, you will assist partners with travel arrangements and diary management. When required, you will support office administration tasks in the absence of the Office Administrator. The ideal candidate has proven experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
