As an Insurance Operations Associate, you’ll be at the centre of daily activity, ensuring smooth coordination across claims, underwriting, and finance. You’ll help maintain regulatory compliance, support internal audits, and contribute to process improvements that drive efficiency and service excellence. The right candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in insurance operations, must have a CII Certification or equivalent, and fluent in verbal and written Maltese and English skills.
