We are seeking a dedicated Claims Handler on behalf of our client. In this role, you will handle claims within your file allocation, gather and process information for complex cases, and manage a portfolio of recovery files. Adherence to the Insurance Complaint Management process is essential, along with performing any other duties assigned by Senior Management.

To succeed, you should have strong interpersonal and customer service skills, great time management and organization, an interest in insurance and claims, attention to detail, and previous experience in a similar role.
