Do you have experience within in dealing with corporate clients within the financial sector?

We are currently supporting an International Financial Institution who are on the lookout for an experienced Client Service Manger to join them!

In this role you will be leading and managing a team ensuring that clients are receiving a high standard of service, ensuring that client payments are processed on time, handling escalated queries or issues, and also investigating causes of delays to prevent reoccurrences.

Ideally you have experience working within the financial services sector ideally within banking or payments dealing with corporate client. If you possess a Degree level of Education and have strong knowledge of Payment and banking processes, as well as strong leadership and management skills this is a great opportunity for you!
