We are supporting an international award-winning financial services firm who are currently looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join their Malta based office!

As the Compliance Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing the compliance team and the junior members, as well as writing compliance policies and procedures and dealing with departments across various jurisdictions on compliance and onboarding matters.

Ideally you possess a Degree Level of Education, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working on compliance/AML ideally within the banking, or other financial institution, with a strong understanding of EU and ideally UK money laundering regulations, with proven experience in managing people and teams.
