We are working with a leading financial institution, who's on the lookout for a Corporate Manager.

As the Corporate Manager you will be manging the corporate department, in making sure that the department runs smoothly, and be the main point of contact for the team, as well as for the clients. You will be attending meetings with clients and drafting of minutes, mentation company registers, liaising with other department such as legal, auditors and accountants to make sure that deadlines are met as per client's expectation! 

Good understanding of Maltese company law, experience in managing people of difference levels excellent communicator, with a can-do attitude!
