Do you have strong knowledge of UX/CX?

We are currently supporting our client who are looking for an experienced Head of CX/UX and Creative Hub to join their growing and dynamic team!

In this role you will be leading the team and managing the CX/UX strategy, ensuring all changes made to the process that may effect customers is managed, highlighting areas of improvement and implementing design standards ensure that it is consistent throughout all platforms.

Ideally you possess a Degree Level of Education within IT and a minimum of 5 years’ experience within Customer Experience (CX)
