Do you have strong knowledge of IT Hardware and Software’s?

Our client is currently on the hunt for an experienced IT Help Desk Support Officer to join them, and this could be you!

In this role you will be providing support in relation to both hardware and software’s, assisting with remote customers and clients, carrying out research to gain a better understanding of the technical trends, installing operating systems on all desktops. As well as ensuring that all desktops are kept up to date and have the necessary security software’s installed.

If you have experience within a similar position and have knowledge of computer Hardware and Software this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
