Joining a leading IT Services provider on the Maltese Islands you will be providing 1st level support to customers and resolving issues that have been highlighted and escalating them when required, assisting with maintenance and ensuring all documentation is properly filed and carrying out maintenance onsite when required.

Ideally you possess a Degree Level of Education within IT/Computer Science and have experience with Microsoft Products and diagnosing technical issues.
