Our client, who are an International Corporate Services Provider, are looking for a Qualified Lawyer to join their team as a Senior Legal Officer.

As the Senior Legal Officer, you will be advising the company on matters relating to clients and third parties, assisting with corporate matters and formation of legal entities. You will also be drafting and reviewing documents such as memorandums & articles.

Ideally you are a Qualified Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within Corporate.
