We’re seeking an Aftersales Service Coordinator to support our client in the fire safety and security sector. This role offers the opportunity to manage service requests, coordinate maintenance schedules, and act as the key link between clients, technicians, and internal teams.
In this role, you’ll ensure smooth service delivery by processing requests, organising technician visits, maintaining accurate service records, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. You’ll also support procurement with spare parts availability and contribute to improving aftersales processes and customer retention.
We’re looking for someone with strong communication and organisational skills, experience in aftersales or customer service, and a proactive approach to supporting both clients and the technical team.
