We are looking for an experienced sales professional to build strong relationships with prospects and clients, presenting and demonstrating our products and services effectively to showcase their value. You will collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions, compose tender documents and proposals, and operate a structured approach to market research and pipeline development.
In this role, you will negotiate and close deals, stay updated with industry developments, and provide feedback to the product development team based on client insights. You will work closely with the team to achieve departmental goals while maintaining a proactive and results-driven mindset.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales with at least five years of experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Experience with technical products, payroll, HR, or accounting systems is considered an advantage. A valid driving license and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
