Our client, a leading group of companies in Malta is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Corporate Finance Manager to join its Finance Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts in a timely manner to support performance reviews, leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with the CFO, and managing cash flow reporting and VAT submissions. The role also includes overseeing the dividend process, conducting detailed financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, and developing financial models to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities.

You must be fully qualified and warranted accountants, holding a recognised professional qualification in Finance, Accounting. A minimum of five years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis is required. Have strong analytical capabilities, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software, and a proven track record in financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
