As the Director of Finance, you will be at the forefront of financial innovation, driving the development of financial reporting templates, auditing and reviewing existing financial processes, and providing strategic recommendations. Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead the development of financial reporting templates.
- Audit and review existing financial processes.
- Provide strategic recommendations and oversee implementation of enhancements.
- Train finance teams and manage the adoption of new tools and policies.
- Ensure effective communication with senior stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of experience in senior finance roles.
- Strong background in financial reporting and process optimisation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
