A leading group of companies in Malta are seeking a dynamic and experienced finance professional to take on the role of a Director of Finance.
As the Director of Finance you will be leading the development financial reporting templates, you will audit and review existing financial processes, provide recommendations, and oversee the implementation of enhancements. A key part of the role involves training finance teams, managing the adoption of new tools and policies, and ensuring effective communication with senior stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident working independently, and has a keen eye for identifying and implementing improvements. You need to hold a degree in accounting and bring at least five years of experience in a senior finance role in Malta, a strong background in financial reporting, process optimisation, and cross-functional project management is essential.
